 Carrier Command 2 supports mods, the [[https://steamcommunity.com/app/1489630/workshop/|CC2 steam workshop]] provides a fairly easy way to distribute and install mods.  If you want to join a multiplayer game that has mods, you do not need to also install the mods, the game deals with mods when you join automatically.
